Applicant requirements:
 
I am looking for a stay at home wife/mom or work at home mom to perform some very basic data entry for a couple clients of mine, write blogs per an editorial calendar, draft social media updates, and maybe some basic wordpress maintenance. I need up to approx. 5 hours a week to start with and potential to grow. And, I am willing to train the right person, so no experience is needed.
 
I would expect you to set up Freshbooks (free) to log your hours and invoice me directly, Paypal, Skype or Google Hangout, an email account (Gmail users preferred), Dropbox and possess the following abilities in or access to:
 
  • Excel or Google Drive
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Basic email know how (upload attachments if you're using Excel)
  • Exceptional ablility to follow instructions
  • Internet connection and a reliable computer in your home
 
I am looking to delegate low and high priority tasks with reasonable expectations to project completion. I would need to evealute how quickly you adapt to the systems I use in a 2 week trial period at minimum, and from there I will decide if you are a fit for my needs paired with how you feel about working together. I need someone who is committed to making this your part-time income with flexible hours.
 
Hourly pay rate:
$10 hour
 
Weekly maximum of hours:
5 hours (with potential to increase)
 
My ideal person would:
  • work during the week M-F
  • communicate by email
  • respond within 12-24 hours to urgent/high priority projects
  • follow through with deadlines
  • follow written out, highly detailed instructions
 
 
*Detailed project instructions will be provided by Olivia upon approval of your application during a Skype/Hangout interview.
